Five City Sites Culture Festival

The tourism and culture festival, which is named after a historical relic in Heilongjiang province (Five City Sites), also features a rafting festival in Yilan county in the province’s capital, Harbin.
The festival is the most popular activity of its kind in Yilan and a good opportunity for the development of tourism, culture and trade.
The fourth Chinese Five City Sites Tourism and Culture Festival and the 13th Yilan Rafting Festival in 2012 was selected to be part of the Charming Harbin Summer activities, including its opening ceremony, cultural performances and trade fairs.
