Harbin-Yabuli-China Snow Town travel route eyed in Japan

The Tourism Expo Japan has consistently drawn attention as a congregation spot for various industry professionals and travel enthusiasts from around the world.
The 2023 edition was no different, attracting over 1,000 institutions and businesses from more than 70 countries and regions. A staggering 150,000 visitors flocked to Osaka from across the globe to partake in the event.
During the expo, the ice and snow tourism route "Harbin - Yabuli - China Snow Town," presented by Northeast China's Heilongjiang province, was selected as one of the "Top 20 Fine Tour Routes in China" at this expo.
The route highlights Harbin, an artistic hub of works rendered in snow and ice; Yabuli, the cradle of China's ski tourism and host to global ski competitions; and China Snow Town, a fairytale winter wonderland; as well as a wealth of diverse landscapes, delectable local cuisine, and colorful ethnic customs.
People from various sectors in Japan, together with their global travel industry peers, flocked to the China pavilion to learn more. They lavished praise on the natural beauty, historical culture, and ethnic flair of Heilongjiang, and expressed deep interest in its tourism resources.
