The CPC provincial authority’s Manchuria Site Memorial is located at No 40 Guangmang Street, Nangang district of Harbin. It is a characteristic Russian wooden architecture. It was the general headquarters and documentary library of the CPC during the War of Resistance against Japanese Aggression. In January 1981, the Heilongjiang Provincial People's Government pinpointed it as one of the first provincial-level cultural relic's protection units.
