Harbin airport begins summer flight schedule

Under the new schedule, the Harbin airport operates a total of 3,549 flights every week, a year-on-year increase of 3.2 percent.
During the period, it has 197 operational domestic flights in total, connecting Harbin to 102 destinations.
Harbin’s airport has added several flights this summer, including the Harbin-Changzhou-Sanya route, Harbin-Datong-Chengdu Tianfu route, Harbin-Linyi-Chengdu Tianfu route and Harbin-Xining-Xichang route.
It also added nine domestic flight destinations - Dongying, Heze, Linfen, Liuzhou, Mianyang, Songyuan, Wuhu, Xichang and Chengdu Tianfu.
The frequency of flights from Harbin to Shanghai, Guangzhou, Qingdao, Jinan, Chengdu, Xi'an and Sanya has been increased in response to popular demand.
In total, Harbin's airport operates 197 flights connecting the city to 97 domestic and regional destinations.
Currently, the airport operates 26 flights to Shanghai, 21 to Beijing, 14 to Guangzhou, 13 to Shenzhen and Qingdao, and more than 10 to Hangzhou, Xi'an, Chengdu, Changsha and Chongqing.
Due to the lingering impact of the COVID-19 pandemic, international flights are still suspended, with the exception of the flights from Harbin to Tokyo in Japan and Seoul in South Korea.
The Harbin airport will make prompt adjustments to the flight schedule and route options in response to changes in the global pandemic situation.
