Snowfall causes disruption in Harbin

Heavy snowfall hit Harbin in Northeast China’s Heilongjiang province on Feb 28, leaving deep snow across the city. To allow residents to commute to work, sanitation workers and volunteers worked to clear the snow from the streets.
